Directions: Dr. Bontreger's office is located in the "Fifth Street Plaza" building, on the west side of Hwy 81 (a block north of Hwy 81 & Hwy 212 intersection). Off the street parking is available adjacent to our entrance at the back of the facility. Use the back central door which leads to the lower level. As you come off a brief flight of stairs on the lower level, enter the first office on your right (suite L-13) which is a private waiting room.
